Characteristics:  Known for their outstanding intelligence, trainability, low allergy coat, and low to non-shedding coat. 

Temperament: This breed craves human company and excels as a companion for those with disabilities, visual impairments, young children, and the elderly.  They are very trainable and get along well with other dogs.  They adapt well to different situations.  They are content to run along with you, or join you for a relaxing reading session.

 Grooming Requirement: The flat and wavy coats need very little grooming.  Frequent bathing is not required as their coat repels moisture and dirt.
