Dear Bob and Margie: I would like to take this time to thank you once again for your great help and advise you gave me after acquiring a black Labrador puppy from you at 12 weeks. Margie, when I first spoke with you in October of 2003, I was looking for a black Labrador puppy in order to ease the pain of losing my older lab to cancer. For months I did my homework. I must have called ten different breeders locally and outside of Florida. I wanted to pick on out for myself, but the task seemed too complicated. In speaking to the different breeders, no one came close to your professionalism and service in helping me find my dog. You returned all my calls and e-mails, without hesitation. You didn't try to sell me anything else, other than what I was looking for, unlike other breeders. You bread a great line of dogs, this I know because I am a trainer and a breeder too. The dog I purchased from you, Joker at four months knows seven tricks, not to mention on leash obedience, word and whistle commands. Each time I take him outside, people stop to see him being trained. They ask me where I purchased him and tell me what a good looking dog he is. I have even been offered money for him.
